Very glad I found this place! Every time I’ve been in they’ve been very kind, and explained everything to me in a way that makes sense for someone who doesn’t have a knack for cars. I also love that they have female mechanics who are all awesome; very knowledgeable and get things done quick!

Had the best experience here! Friendly staff that kept me up to date and discussed options i had. Quick turnover on a complicated job- with my work truck, I cant afford a week off. Would recommend highly all the way around!

Excellent service on our 1992 Mercedes 300E. Diagnosed and fixed difficult starting problem, replaced screen washer pump, diagnosed and fixed ABS warning light problem, carried out routine maintenance and annual certification. All work performed by Chris, who did an excellent job. This coupled with very responsive reception staff ensure that we are happy to thoroughly recommend Allen's Auto. Geoffrey & Pauline Arnold

My breaks went while there on a Drs.visit. I live an hour away and had my 2 children with me. I have no family or friends in Vermont. So we were stranded!!! Super friendly ppl!!!! Referred a tow company(wonderful service) My car needed a bit more work than expected....they were quick efficient and reasonably priced!!!! No upsetting genuinely kind caring ppl!!! They went above and beyond and loaned my a vehicle until mine was fixed!!! Also did a comp.inspection and I need some things taken care of but wasn't an emergency and they had an estimate ready!!! I definitely recommend them and I will b traveling an hour to have them do my repairs!!! Grateful for being treated with kindness and care!!!

My BMW had a no start condition any many of the AAA towing local repair shops would not take the car. Allen’s auto took the car and successfully diagnosed land repaired the car. They were excellent communicators providing pictures and updates. Repair was done at a fair price. Logan the service guy was excellent in communication
